ABOUT: Jo tuck is a British Contemporary Artist, who lives and works in London, New York and Paris. She was born in a small town in South Australia called Barmera , and after studying Fine Art at Sydney University, she travelled to London and studied Intermedia at the Croydon College of Art . She worked as a film editor for the BBC and in films , working on many of Richard Attenborough films, before deciding to take up art full time. Jo Tuck lives with her partner Paul in Twickenham when they are not travelling to favourite destinations like Paris and Australia and New York . Jo Tuck paints bold and colorful landscapes and scenes of everyday life in Paris . as well as taking black and white photographs when she travels. Jo Tucks works are in private collections around the world and has participated in shows in New York, Caelum Gallery, and London , including Christie's Cancer benefit show and the RA Summer shows. While she was at Art college she made two 16mm short films, one on the Australian Aboriginal Women and another on Sheep farming in Wales. " . PHOTO : " Vienna- Edwin and His Homies " .
